Michael was born and raised in Oakville, ON. He graduated with Bachelor of Science – Engineering (B.Sc.E) in Engineering Chemistry and Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc) in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, ON. Following graduation, Michael moved to Sarnia and spent 6 years working in the chemical industry and gaining experience in various R&D and Manufacturing roles (Operations Support, Operations Supervisor, and Production Contact Engineering). He joined BIC in 2016.
