Strategic Investment

Due Dilligence

The first stage involves an in-depth due technical diligence review conducted by our portfolio management team. This review carefully examines the company's business plan, financial health, and overall potential.

Investment Committee Review

In the second stage, the findings from the due diligence review are presented to our Investment Management Committee. This committee conducts a thorough analysis and provides a recommendation to the Board of Directors.

Board Approval

The final stage requires the company to present its pitch directly to our Board of Directors. The Board reviews the recommendation and makes the final decision on whether to approve the investment.
